Hi, I'm Jill!
I'm the founder of JillFit and the creator of #LeanBuilding, a brand, new hypertrophy fitness program for women, launching April 28th, 2020.
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant, I've worked with over 10,000 women over the last 20 years in the fitness industry, helping them get stronger, leaner, faster and have a better relationship with food and their bodies.
#LeanBuilding will be my first dedicated muscle-building program and I am pumped you're here to test out these workouts for me!
